Sunny pumpkin... agree entirely! I am in the process of taking them to court and anyone who had had bad dealings with these idiots should get in touch with Citizens advice then trading standards (Citizens advice will do this if you threaten them with court).0

Do you selves a favour and stay away from this company
You will be sworn by their staff namely a guy call MO.
Be given wrong and in accurate information
have the phone hung up on you
and countless lies and false promises
I ordered a bathroom appliances from this company September 2012
after completing the order valued over £200 I had no communication from this company for over
a week, despite a promise of the items ordered to be delivered within two days. \
When I rang to chase up the order I was told they will arrive the next day Monday.
Monday come and went no items delivered
so I rang again on Tuesday and asked again when these item will be delivered this time I was told
It will defiantly be Wednesday.
Wednesday came and went no items delivered.
So I rang up QS Supplies again and this time goy the infamous (text removed by MSE Forum Team) you will see form other reviews (text removed by MSE Forum Team) is some character)
I explained to (text removed by MSE Forum Team) form QS supplies of Leicester that I have been waiting for item ordered over a week and half ago which have yet to be delivered and each time a day is given nothing turns up
What I got form (text removed by MSE Forum Team) was barrage of abusive language stating that I did not place my order correctly and that the items are still in their warehouse.
When I asked what is was that I had done wrong on my order I got another barrage of abuse and to top it off was sworn at and then having the phone hung up.
Maybe I sucker to punishment but I rang up again a little while after and spoke to another person who to be fair explained he was the manager and My items will be delivered on Friday two weeks after the actual order. So I though ok at least it’s now resolved.
Yep you guessed it Friday come no items. This time I rang to cancel my order for once and for all only to be told I am not allowed to cancel my order as its already been processed . WOW they can actually do something then!!!!!
I explained I can cancel due to lack of delivery, and before I could finish I was sworn at again and the phone hung up.
I got my money back by contacting my bank and debit card supplier VISA who was great it has to be said.
So unless you want the same experience the go ahead and order at you own peril honestly every product can ordered from other suppliers who will give you the service you would expect

STAY AWAY AND DON’T BUY ANTHING FORM THIS REDICULAS COMPANY.0 -
Have also been at the hands of these people, they are very rude, automatically defensive if you ask a question regarding your order and totaly un-knowledgable. I was so worried when I placed an order for £358 that I ended up having to take a 200 mile round trip to as it turned out pick up half the order with bits missing. Even there address is spurious plug in forest rd into the sat bav and it takes you 8 mile away from the city centre. I will not go into specifics here but they are liars and giving them your mOney is probably funding something else illeagal, have reported them to Leicester trading standards. Do not buy from these people, they are liars and will rip you off0

Website was really easy to use and very helpful information. Quick and reliable this company is. The toilet brush and toilet roll holder are beautiful, will be purchasing the robe hook and glass shelf next. The packaging could be slightly better however but overall really happy. Looks stunning in the bathroom. A must recommendation.0 -
I'm the process of taking this outfit to court. Submitted the form this morning. They have 2 weeks to respond to the courts now.
Warning again for anyone... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY0 -
I had problems with these guys and eventually they refunded me in total. I went to their store and was fobbed off that the store isn't the same as the internet-side of the business. What I find amusing is that if you google search them, the complaint links come close to the top - so its just a case of people looking further down.
In any event, I did all the company searches etc etc and most of the crew graduated from Judgemeadow College...

(should have worked in MI5))
I sent a letter to my local Leicester Trading Standards and they said they would keep a close eye on things.
(Funny thing is, the owner(s) live a couple of miles away in a nice part of Leicester in Stoneygate) - go figure!
So good luck in getting your refunds back!!!0 -

This company doesn't appear to care about customer satisfaction, potential repeat business, or bad reviews. They need to take a course in customer relations.
After my one and only experience with this company I will not buy from them again, nor would I ever in my wildest dreams recommend them to anybody else.
I specifically ordered a toilet and cistern combination because the cistern had a front flush handle that I prefer. I was finding it hard to get this same combination in stock at other online retailers, and bought from QS Supplies because they also had the exact size and type of bath I wanted.
They sent the wrong cistern with a top flush button. It fits the toilet and, although it is not what I ordered or wanted, I could not wait another 7 days to get the correct one because I need to get the bathroom finished. Although not their fault, the thread on one of the support legs of the bath was chewed up and the nuts wouldn't screw on.
I emailed them my complaint, with images from their website and the cistern manufacturer's site to demonstrate the different flushing mechanism, but made it perfectly obvious that all I wanted was a replacement bit of screwed rod for the bath foot.
I received the most informal, discourteous, flippant, and annoying email that "required" me to take photographs of the items that I was "reporting to have received". There was no apology for my inconvenience, such as "we are sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with your order". Instead it was a "Hi" without addressing me by name, and then the requirement demand for photographs.
The QS Supplies website has a "Track Your Order" feature that was never populated with details, and when I phoned them to ask when my delivery would be I was talked to in a very off-handed way but was told the delivery day. This was followed by an email confirming the despatch date, which correlated well with the time to transport up North in time for that delivery day. It was not delivered on that date. The "Track Your Order" on the QS Supplies website was still not populated, and when I tried to use the Tracking Number from my email on the transport company's website it was not accepted.
I phoned the haulage company and was told that the delivery date I had been given would have been impossible as that was the date they had received the goods. They still had to be transported overnight to a courier company hub and then put out for delivery, which may or may not be the following day. I was also told that the tracking number QS Supplies provide in emails is only usable by QS Supplies on that transport company's website after login, and is not for use by their customers.
QS Supplies probably never actually see the goods which are likely to be consolidated and packaged somewhere else. I have a feeling they are just "brokers" or use "drop-shipping" and 3rd-party warehousing. It seems that they consider the "delivery date" as the date it is despatched. In fact, it seems that once the goods leave there QS Supplies isn't really interested, which is made apparent by the note in the confirmation of shipment email which passes the onus to the recipient to phone the transport company if the goods don't show.
The piece of screwed rod that I wanted for the support leg of the bath would have been of negligible cost and the manufacturer would probably have popped it in a jiffy bag for free, because they probably care more about reputation than QS Supplies do. That's all I wanted, although I did voice my discontent politely and accurately in my initial email to them. I hardly expected a "twitter" type of informal text message response demanding photographs and am both insulted and disgusted.
I have since told them to forget about the part I wanted, because I got a metre of the screwed rod at B&Q for £2.79 and chopped a bit off it to fit.0
