  • This is the most terrible company I have had done business with. After I refused a shower head when the box was totally busted open they have refused to refund me the full amount as they said I am lying about my reason for return. I am absolutely shocked to be spoken to like this and apparently the manager of the company called me!! He actually said that they could investigate the handwriting to analyse if I had written the words "unknown parts"!!!
    They are TERRIBLE TERRIBLE the worst of the internet companies and they make life diffcult for other proper decent companies who have good customer service. I even asked him at one point if I was on a prank radio call.. his arguments were SO ridiculous.
  • They've not got any better.

    I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for abath with QS Supplies.
    They have been consistently TERRIBLE.
    I’ve been lied to again and again and in the end Ihave no bath, no refund, project delays, wasted lots of time and lots of moneychasing this up. They destroy yourfaith in humanity!
    Do not do business with them, it's not worth it.

    In my case they
    1)Never sent me documents relating to my order despite repeated requests (this contravenes distance selling regs)

    2)Provided incorrect information aboutdelivery timescales on two occasions

    3)Never responded to any e-mails or writtencommunications via their website (about 10 sent)

    4)Did not notify me that my item was no longer available – contrary to theirown terms & conditions item 3.8

    5) Didnot provide a refund within thesuggested timescale, never got in touch with me about the refund despiterepeated requests. Still waiting fora refund.

    6)Caused repeated frustration with their utterly poor telephone advisors, thatlack the interest or ability to do anything useful.

    In my case, they agree a refund is due, they just can't seem to be bothered to actually give me the money back. Heaven knows what it must be like when they argue with you.

    Save yourself the heartache.
  • I ordered 5 items from QS supplies on 19th May 2012, cancelled one immediately and was told the refund would be processed when all items were delivered.
    3 of the items were delivered after 2 weeks and after waiting a further 2 weeks (and calling to find out what was causing the delay) I cancelled the outstanding item. So far 5 business days later I have not received a refund.
    I called 3 days after the final cancellation and was told my refund had now been moved to the top of the pile but 2 days later and nothing has happened. I have just called again and been told refunds take 7-10 days. I asked for the name of the boss as I wanted to write a letter and was told it was Zane. I asked what's his surname and was told "I'm sorry I can't tell you that sir". Most annoying! Avoid this company like the plague. I'm now going to call my credit card company and find out if they can help... which will no doubt be hard work!
  • From the off QS Supplies were extremely helpful. Questions being asked were answered and there experience was put into use with designing my bathroom. Delivery was only a couple of days and was shrink wrapped on a pallet. Must say driver was excellent helped me to check all products and even put it in the front room. I Would highly recommend this company.
  • Being a first time buyer from QS Supplies i am really impressed with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone. A massive thank you has to go to the people on the phone. Lovely to speak to and really customer friendly. I'm looking forward to using you again

    Hi All,

    Just to let you know don't bother with QS Supplies. The prices on the internet look competitive. Went over to collect an online order,
    went to inspect the items and found that one of the Grohe taps was wrapped in tissue paper, when I looked it was ripped.

    I could almost have laughed there and then. As for refund, nope has to be done via the email. All I can think, thankfully its all on the credit card. They can sort it out.

    @ custom4 (Care to tell us if you have any relationship to the company? you seem to recommend it, so either you've been very very lucky or something else)?

    Yes two newbie posts in one day praising a company isn't suspicious at all. Do companies really think people are stupid enough to fall for it.
  • Thanks guys I will avoid! Having been caught up with JA bathrooms I think another exciting online purchase is a bit too much for this year!
