    It's still going....CPU Usage 0%>4%,7%, 19%,9%...some bars red, some green. . PF Usage was 497MB, now 685MB.
I have to go out now...will see what's happening when I'm back.

Have run Antimalwarebytes - nothing. Fixed any issues with ccleaner. Laptop taking 20 - 30 mins to boot up! Even from logging off to logging on it seems to be real slow. Once it's on then seems to be fine. Any suggestions please! Help!!! Have run hijackthis and nothing obvious, tried to do a dskchk - not sure if it worked. :-s

You'd be better starting a new thread.

Hi folks, having problems with YouTube videos and streaming, is that something that's likely to be sorted by using the recovery partition?

I'm certain it's the laptop itself not the broadband connection as streaming is perfect through phones and OHs iPad.

I suggest you re-read the instructions carefully? People stop taking notice if when you are asked for Commit charge and Physical Memory you start posting about PF Usage?? Also note you are asked to post these in a NEW thread? If all else fails read the instructions!

Have been away and just found your reply.

To quote:'I suggest you re-read the instructions'
-I suggest you read Martin's, with regard to politeness to all posters and then, for the avoidance of doubt, re-read and abide by them.

Sniffy techies are no help to people whose computers do not produce results exactly within the parameters laid down.

I would not ask for help were it not needed.
