Vans are going to be high mileage - they're on the go constantly when they're being used for real business.

Usually well maintained though (I think someone else has said this) - when they're off the road they are losing money.

I wouldn't be adverse to buying one that's heading for 200k miles as long as it had FSH and had major things like timing belts done recently enough that it woudn't be an immediate concern.
