    Hi there

    Thanks for your update.

It should not make any difference, as they must go by the date of your letter of the account your complaining on.;)
    Good luck.

    Hi all.
On Saturday we received a letter from the HFC Complaints dept saying that we need to complete their questionnaire and return it within 10 days to enable them to look at our claim.
Do we really need to do this as i did fill out the standard questionnaire that i printed from the link above? or is this just a tactic they use to drag it out?

    Hi there;)

I have read this somewhere else as well, and I think they contacted the FOS and asked what they think they should do, and I think the FOS said complete it anyway, as they do not have to actually accept the FOS questionnaire, annoying I know.

But have you also kept a copy of the one you sent and are they the same questions?

I am also claiming on three account numbers and now have had to go to FOS as they have replied with a final descision stating they dont keep records after 6 years and therefore can not investigate. I have write back as advised by the great people on this site to request a SAR and l also told them l know they have all my records on data as there Customer Advisor is one who gave me all info and account numbers, and l am not disputing signing just missold PPI due to being pressurised and advised not optional. I have also received questionnaire on Friday and on Saturday a letter requesting proof of ID to release SAR. Really think they just trying it on but l will pursue all the way. So be careful and make sure you request a SAR.:)
