As I find it practically impossible to part with magazines I buy and can no longer afford either the space or the money my advice would be to do something else with your vouchers!Weight 08 February 86kg0

I have Olive, Good Food and Easy Cook all on 3 months for £1 trial. Good Food is by far the best and the only one I will keep getting0

It's not entirely a food magazine but I would really recommend Prima.
I subscribe to it and Good Food (and Country Living and Grow your Own
) through clubcard deals and Prima has great moneysaving recipes and lots of them with the added OS bonus of knitting, sewing and craft patterns as well a fashion and homewares. The recipes cover easy and cheap weekday meals and on top of that they focus on one particualr ingredient every month and show you 20 different things to do with it.

I really didn't like easy cook magazine. It just didnt have much in it that made me want to cook! I like Sainsbury's magazine and good food magazine. Some of the recipes have "fancy" ingredient but i've found loads of recipes from there that has now gone into my weekly menus. Keemar Curry is the latest quick tea solution that my other half loves (onion, potatoes, mince, currey powder, garma masala with naan to serve).2013 Free Money - £363.44 Topcashback
2014 Free Money - £59.84 Topcashback
2015 Free Money (so far) - £186.33 Topcashback0 -
I subscribe to delicious and Olive....through clubcard of course.
I do buy Good Food too
I couldnt get on with Easy cook either....nothing I fancied making and lots of processed stuff.0 -
I have about 4 of the Good Food books (i.e. one pot dishes, meals for 2, spicy dishes etc) and find that most of the recipes are also available on the internet for free. Just a thought before you use points for a subscription.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0

I'd second Haribo's recommendation for Prima. Although it covers more than food it is probably the most OS of all the magazines.
I get Olive because I signed up for one of those 3 for a £1 deals about 2 years ago despite cancelling the DD and never having paid more than the original £1 they keep sending it to me. I wouldn't pay for it though, it is so pretentious and preachy about food it annoys me.0 -
Like ali1972 I bought one of the books (the cheap eats one) really wasn't my cup of tea. Everything a bit 'greasy' and yes its all on the net.0
