I haven't had a confirmation yet .. am sure it has taken about a month in previous years, maybe longer.

It's after they have actually entered all the information from your questionnaire onto their system, not as soon as they receive it.

I've also had the same response to you! :j So pleased, because like you, I didnt want to be disqualified. If I do get perfume, it would be a bonus but if I dont, then no matter ... there's always next year! And they were really nice in their email, too!

Just a thought though - with so many of us not receiving packages they've sent, I wonder where they all are?

I'm another one who didn't get the package, emailed them again yesterday and this time they came back to check my address and say they'd send another parcel out.

As MrsB2100 says I too wonder where they have all gone...

there seems to be an awful lots of us who have e mailed to say that have sent The parcel out and as we havent received will resend, surely the postal service cant have mislaid that many parcels. I am wondering now if they sent so many and are only sending the rest if we contact them. I have been with them for a few yrs have always completed yrly postal qu but never received the perfume and do regular online questionnaires

I still haven't had a confirmation, and filled, and posted the membership form within 24 hours. They must have had a lot of responses, questionaires to sort through. So am assuming is why?

Well Haffiana I am with you I didn't get the perfume and when I asked (I did a post ages ago) I was told that not everyone gets perfume and I hadn't quallified. I send form back and today I have had a Pre Trial request from them so I presume they are still wanting me for this year. If it wasn't for the vouchers and trials I wouldn't bother but the perfume is a bonus I suppose. :cool:
