yes you may have to e mail them or else they will not know you have not received yours, i e mailed again yesterday and they said i am on the list for another parcel which they will send out by the end of april. so there is still hope for those who have not got them

Do they normally let you know you are selected for the trial or they just sent the product out to you?

I still haven't received my membership documents following my confirmation email at the end of March - do you think it's still too early to contact them again? If not, what email address do you use? The email they sent to me says to not reply to the email - it's the argenteuil.panelconsumer address, so I'm not sure how else to get in touch with them.

Soo angry, they told me they were tracking down my perfume, and today told me I'm not going to get one as wasn't on the list. I've been a member for 2 yrs, and have done all surveys etc thrown in my direction, yet people that have just joined seem to be getting the perfume. No longer going to support them as this seems very unfair.

Yes, I agree, their reward system seems very unfair. I've done 8 surveys for the year 2012 and 3 in 2011. Had not a thing. I joined in October 2011. So not all who recently joined them had a perfume.
