hi can i just ask about the perfume. Ijoined last year filled in the big paper survey, participatied in many, many questionaires and product trials and i recentlygot my 2nd paper question which i filled in and posted. I emailed them and asked them about it and all they said was " you are not eligable" whan i replied to them to ask them how i become eligable they just said, "We cannot remember about the reason of non eligibility for each panelist. However you can trust our system as it is not our purpose not to reward our panelists. However the charges for sending out such gift are very important for our Company and that is why we do not give a perfume gift to everybody from now on". does anyone know how to become eligable, i dont think it seems very fair

I never keep count, but get a steady stream of vouchers from them. Always a welcome surprise.

Received my £5 voucher today and a few days ago the conformation of my membership. I am trying to understand their criterias for the selection of panelists for a free parfum and would like to ask people. Have all of you who received the perfum done both the surveys and the trials as well? I am beginning to think that they will not give you a free perfum if you do not participate in trials as it seems the main criteria for the selection. I only do the surveys but never was selected for the trials. Thank you

luck18 im wondering about the perfume too but i do participate in the trials and have been in quiet a few. hopefully someone with abit more knowledge on the criteria can enlighten us

Hannah, thank you for your reply. When did you join last year?
I have asked them about criterias for the perfum and ask what should I do in order to be eligable for it and they said something like "they are no longer can afford to send the perfum to all panelists".... They did not tell me of what the criterias are...

i would love to know the criteria too, i have been with them since June 2010, have completed a couple of yearly questionnaires, done some product trials, do regular online surveys for which i have received vouchers but NEVER received the perfume!!
