Same here contacted them about missing parcel last week they responded swiftly saying they would resend (still no sign of parcel) then today i get the dreaded e mail saying i need to return the booklet grr.
The thing is even if i do get the parcel now the booklet will be returned late so no perfume next year their system is seriously messed up! not happy at all ....sorry for the vent.

Same here, I'm glad its not just me because a bzzkit has also gone 'missing', I've just told them I will fill in the paperwork and send it back to them as soon as I actually receive it and confirmed my address again.

Just discovered I have got that email too, yet I sent it all back quite promptly. Don't fancy having to fill it all in again though

got my survey to complete yesturday then got the email asking why I hadn't sent it back lol lol replied to say it had only just arrived and I would send it back tommorow...

I got that same email too but to my old email address. Replied explaining that was my old email address and they already know that & that I have returned my documents!!

Their system baffles me - I emailed them in October with my new name when I got married (confirmation email received from them), emailed them in Feb to say I'd moved house (again confirmation email received).....and then they sent my perfume & questionnaire to my old address with my old name!!!!:mad: Luckily I managed to retrieve my parcel but god knows if they're ever going to get it right in future?!!
