I've had 3 x 're-sending emails' re the questionnaire and the perfume, over the last 2 months, after me telling them 3 times about not receiving the things. Not holding out any hope at all now. Will just have to wait and see if I get any trials from now on. Oh well, I seem to get more from Alba Science these days anyhoos

Just to let you know that I have been having e-mails from them too. I started chasing them at the end of March and they said to wait! I too confirmed my e-mail address 3 times, then last week i got the e-mail asking me why i hadn't completed the questionnnaire. I explained and confirmed my address again and then this morning Parcel force were at the door with my package!!! :rotfl:Finally i got perfume and questionnaire - so fingers crossed ladies, yours will be coming this week too :T

My perfume is MAK, any ideas what that is??

Ive just emailed them again as they said I should receive something by the end of April.....so it looks like there is still hope....

Parcelforce just delivered my replacement survey and perfume so hopefully they'll all be delivered today

I received MML which from the list seems to be Marry Me Lanvin and smells really lovely, now to start on the endless form!lol

I had perfume and questionnaire which I sent off and have now had an email saying I have been accepted onto the panel. No idea what happens next presume I just wait?!!
