Same here! Very strange system they have. And I got a £5 Capital Bonds voucher last week!

I do hope I get their questionnaire / contract through soon! I really like this panel!

I think they have male-chickened the whole thing up. Because of this site, they have probably had hundreds of emails asking about missing perfume and missing questionnaires. Without this thread, none of us would have known that some have received theirs and others not, and we wouldn't have emailed to ask. It isn't as if those of us who haven't filled in the form this year haven't carried on receiving surveys - we have. Perhaps we are still covered for compliance purposes by last year's form. Perhaps they never intended to send the form or the perfume to most of us anyway.

This has probably caused a major muddle at their end!

In February / March we sent to you a new questionnaire on your Usages & Attitudes and also a member ship contract to update our database.

Oh! I haven't had this one and I email them as soon as I received the email saying I hadn't returned the form.

I got an email chasing up the form as well - if it had been online I would have finished it weeks ago, I hate writing! I think I shall put a note in with the form to that effect - how hard can it be to put the thing online anyway? It would also be cheaper.

I got that e-mail too, yet they were ' resending' when I contacted them a couple of weeks ago. Had nothing since replying to the last e-mail

I had that same email too - although I was only waiting for my very first, joiners questionnaire. I replied and a new questionnaire arrived within a couple of days.

I've just completed it, although I have made a bit of a mess (in work and trying to do it in between jobs) including the question about allergies/asthma - ticked every box just by not concentrating. Hoping they'll accept the scribbled out answers - especially as the declaration is that you're stating there are no issues with such things. Another for online forms - if it was all online, I wouldn't look like such a numpty as you wouldn't see where I went wrong!

I've only had email surveys since my membership questionnaire. No big forms to mess up through the post. I'm happy with that.

I've nearly finished my perfume for this year already.
