I am just thinking what is the point of being with them if they are not giving you any rewards. Its great if you are getting a perfum once a year but what if nothing at all...:( I joined them last year in October and in 2011 I've done 4 surveys for them and 6 surveys for the year 2012. What I am getting? Nothing at all. I am not so interested in their vouchers as in perfum. I have e-mailed them yesterday but they're not even replying..

I'm the same, I do surveys and trial products frequently.
I've not had vouchers or my annual questionaire and perfume.
Did you email them ?

Today I've completed my seventh survey for them for year 2012. No sign of my vouchers as yet. I think they accepted me as a volonteer... I e-mailed them enquiring about it but they keep ignoring my e-mailes...

I have so many part bottles of fabric conditioner in my kitchen cupboard that I do not think I will need to buy any at all this year, lol, Givauden are great for these kinds of tests. I wouldn't mind much if they didn't pay me for the surveys as I got the free perfume and get several product tests a year from them. However, I do get at least two Capital Bonds a year from them, sometimes more as they occasionally offer a voucher just for doing one really LONG survey (best part of an hour). I don't know what the situation is with who gets perfume, I was really surprised when I got it and wondered if it was a product test I was supposed to be doing until I read this topic. I participated frequently last year, and I never got around to returning last year's mega-form, so that alone does not seem to rule someone out of getting perfume. Which reminds me, I still need to finish this year's form, if they had put it online I would have completed it the day I received it. I detest filling out physical forms ;o)

yes i did e mail them about 2 weeks ago and hey replied saying if you do not get within the week let us know and we will try track it down, so about a week ago i e mailed again but not heard anything.

Thanks, so if you don't send them an email, they think you have received the perfume ? Or is it only certain people who are getting it ? Thanks for your help.
