I would assume that they will wait until all pre recruitment surveys have been filled in, and then select from those (and let us know). I think they send you a capital bonds voucher for every 5 surveys you do (I've only earned one so far) so maybe yours is on your way to you? Might be worth emailing them to check.

they used to take you through the whole process of the survey .. to the bit where you fill in your name and address ... which meant you'd got the trial.

Nowadays, they tell you after you've done that, then they will email you to tell you if you are getting the product to trial.

So getting to the point where you fill in your name and address, doesn't necessarily mean you are 'in'... just keep an eye on your inbox!

I guess they have so many more people on the panel now, means that they can pick and choose the most suitable people after they have all the survey replies in!

That is why they do not give a free perfum to every panellist..

Do you do every survey you get from them? Email them!

"I'm sorry to trouble you, but I filled in 6 surveys for you last year and have received nothing.....friends of mine have received payment for every few surveys... please can you confirm the address details etc you have for me........................."

or words to that effect!.. they are very good and reply quickly!
It may be a glitch on their part!

But worth checking!

I've been with them for over a year and have only received capital bonds from them after I've trialled a product, I've done numerous surveys but no vouchers for them.
However, this is the first paper questionnaire and contract I've had from them so my guess is that we only receive vouchers for each six surveys when we have signed the annual paper contracts.

i also do not get any vouchers anymore, i used to get them early last year but not any for a long time now and have done loads of surveys. i am also still waiting for my yearly questionnaire parcel suppose to be sent

I've still not received my very first questionnaire. It's been a good couple of weeks now - I know the post can be bad, but it should have arrived by now surely??
