I'm not too sure to be quite honest - this is one of those I get a nice surprise a few times a year when the voucher turns up. This is not a typical survey company as there is no website where we can check what we have earned. Saying which, I get more product tests from them than all my other survey companies put together so its worth it for that alone

They send a £5 voucher for every 5 surveys you complete for them and also £5 for each trial.

I find that they are usually sent within a couple of weeks of completing the last survey.

I sent off my membership contract a few weeks ago, but have heard nothing. Is that normal to not get an acknowledgement?

Just had a reply to say that a parcel was despatched to my address and if I havent received anything by the end of next week to contact them again and they will send out another :j

:rotfl:I EMAILED THEM ON FRIDAY ABOUT JOINING AND GOT A EMAIL THIS MORNING SAYING THAT THEY TEST DEODORANTS,SHAMPOOS AND LAUNDRY PRODUCTS AND IF I STILL WISH TO JOIN I HAVE TO REPLY TO THE EMAIL WITH MY ADDRESS SO THEY CAN SEND ME PRODUCTS TO TEST.

I emailed again on Saturday as I'd not received a reply to my first email and I've just got one back saying they will send a replacement.
Has anyone received theirs yet since emailing?
