Emailed last week and no I haven't even had the paper questionaire, wonder if this is their way of saying they don't want us! :cool:

The sorting office is on my way home from work and embarrasingly the guy there knows where I live as I'm such a frequent visitor (though much less often now!)

Still not got anything and they sent an email survey today that I was booted out of as I don't do enough clothes washes per week!

I moved house a couple of months ago and haven't received my questionnaire or perfume. I emailed them to see if they sent it to my old address and have just received a very apologetic email saying they made a mistake and had sent it to the old one. They asked me to confirm my new address and are now sending out a new one for me.

Ducksbubbles- did you get your questionnaire? I've had an email to say they've sent mine but so far it's not arrived. Just wondering how long it takes for the first questionnaire to arrive?

Nor me, I am getting online surveys though.

I did think you had to be with them for a full twelve months to get the perfume, but it seems not with some of the posts. The only think I can think of that I did wrong was give them an honest opinion on the last fabric softener as it had no fragrance at all, but I did say it would be suitable for those with sensitive skin.

Still no reply to my email either.
