I emailed them again last week and had a reply this morning - apparently my package was sent to my old address and I advised them I'd moved and had confirmation that this was updated!!

Still living in hope as they said they'd resend it so have reconfirmed my new address and they said a package..... so not all lost yet :)

Nor me, I am getting online surveys though.

I did think you had to be with them for a full twelve months to get the perfume, but it seems not with some of the posts. The only think I can think of that I did wrong was give them an honest opinion on the last fabric softener as it had no fragrance at all, but I did say it would be suitable for those with sensitive skin.

Still no reply to my email either. :(

I have been with them for 3 years! I havent moved, have filled out all surveys (and am very grateful for the capital bond voucher!) but still nothing.:(

If you mean the white fabric softener then I did the same test and also gave it a poor review for scent as I like plenty on my clothes. Since then I have had my questionnaire and perfume (J'Adore) plus one short online survey and a second which I was screened out of for saying I only do 3 loads of washing a week. I'd like to see anyone in a house with only a married couple do more, its not necessary.

Same here except I do 5 + loads a week. Must have been a faulty survey.

I managed to complete that survey with only four washes a week, though I did have one survey that I was screened out of a couple of days before.
I still haven't heard anything either by email or large survey so will give them till the end of the week and send another email, otherwise I've no chance of perfume next year either.

Strange, it let me through with 3 washloads per week. In any event, you have to wonder why would your perception of certain concepts/fragrances change whether you do one load or twenty, so your opinion would still be just as valid??

It seems, however, that it is the sort of survey where you can backspace to go back a screen and revise your reply if it screens you out until it accepts you, so how valid the data obtained is, is anyone's guess!

I have joined them last October, had no perfum but just the questionnare. I have submitted 6 small surveys for them, all 6 for the 2012. The last one I've done was for fabric softener. How soon do they normally send you the £5 voucher?

It seems very unfair... May be ask them why are you not getting the perfum?
