Anyway get this bloke on the phone and he says "Thats stragne, we have you down for the Mountain Bike offer..." even after ringing them on Wednesday asking about my gym membership and they didn't say anything about the mountain bike.....
Anyway the bloke then says he'll have to find out if i'm allowed the gym offer and will ring me back on Monday. What the hell do they have to do to check "if i'm allowed"!??!
Seems like terrible customer service to me, will be making a complaint when its all sorted out because I can't see the major problem in changing one offer to another....
The woman at the gym said that PH are always messing people around like this...

i have just got my quidco payment of £109.95. I understand there is a £5 admin fee but i cant understand the missing 5p! can anyone shed any light on this? The quidco site says it paid £110 to me!0

If you choose to be paid by bacs their is a 5p adminstration fee.
That's very good, if you chose to be paid by paypal you lose over £3 in paypal fees by comparison.0 -
Somewhere on this thread it was mentioned that you can add the kids for £10/month. My club in Edinburgh even denies that there is such a policy and can only offer £3/visit/child. Can someone in the know pl. help.
thx0 -

not if you have a paypal account which doesnt take credit cards then there is no paypal charges
if you do take credit cards then they charge everything inclufinh non-credit cards
bit of a rip off
best advice is have 2 seperate paypal accounts one for cc one for non-cc.0 -

I guess if you look at the bigger picture...imagine if Quidco deducts 5p from every Pruhealth customer and there is a total of 1000 customers, they will gain extra 50pounds. So they are ripping us off.
It's just like when you pay for things and expected to get 1p change back, but the cashier just assumed that you wouldn't want that 1p without asking you. Happened to me a lot of times...
Well, that's why I think Lipsticklady voiced out? Not sure myself...:)0 -
