Yay, loads of successes here. :T

I started on 22nd, 9 days ago and I have lost 3lb. :jI am so pleased. Now 9st 12, although my scales seem to fluctuate wildly.

Have kept within my points allowance everyday apart from Saturday when I accidently drank a bottle of wine:o. Exercise - Sat run 2m, Sun run 2m, Mon run 2m, Tues off, Wed gym and swim, Thu run 2m, Fri run 4 miles, Sat run 2m, and Sunday run 4 miles. Got running gear on again and going out to see how far I can go if I take it really steady and do walking if I get tired.

Feel about 1000% times better than I did 10 days ago, obviously not from the 3lb lighted but just because I feel in control.

By the end of June I want to be 9st 5.

Good luck everyone and see you on the other thread.:A

I made the silly mistake of weighing myself after eating, but still the scale is showing a 1lb loss, bringing my total loss this month to 7.5lbs :j

See you all over on the June thread!

I got a little disheartened again this month as I gained slightly on two consecutive weigh ins (1.4lbs) taking me back to my start of month weight...was too ashamed to post! For this week's weigh in the scales say I lost 3.2 pounds, I'm certain my calorie deficit has not been that huge. Anyway I can count the month as a success.

Well done to all of you, there have been some fantastic losses.

    *hobbles in*

I've managed to complete my walking challenge. :j It was 26.2 miles (ie a marathon's worth) of extra walking (eg when I'd usually get the bus etc) I reached that on the 19th so I thought I'd extend it a bit to 50 miles. I had to walk 6.2 miles todat to hit 50 and I did! :D Total extra walked in May = 50.2 miles. :j

Note to self - don't leave it to the last minute again. My legs hurt... :rotfl:

    *hobbles out again... I'm shattered! * :p
