Thanks for the vote of confidence both of you.I have to believe it too. :j I might not get out cycling this evening as I have to go and visit a friend (by car with OH as she lives miles away), but if we get back in time I might go.

Bad luck Dragon, I know how disheartening it is when the scales don't show what you're hoping for. Just one pound over the month though does not really count as a gain though, does it? I vary by a pound from one minute to the next! It's just so hard when it goes on so quickly and we have to work so bl00dy hard for so bl00dy long to get it off again. Lots of love xx0

Cheers for this Rotherham Lass, I went for the first time in years, I lost 18lb last time (I'm a gold member so no joining fee). But paying online looks good because you can go to the meetings and get all the online stuff. Feeling a renewed positivity from the meeting actually.The_Dragon wrote: »I's 10.00 hours here and what I have been doing is suffering from pain induced insomnia thank you - I haven't slept for about 2 weeks and I am fed up with it.
Poor you, sounds awful, hope you are feeling better soon (and being tired makes you want to eat, try not to give in!)banwa,
RE: CHOCOLATE
In my opinion the best way to deal with chocolate is... have some!
Enforce the mental discipline of having just 2 to 4 squares 50 to 100 calories worth and making it fit in your budget and walking away from the rest chocolate bar until another day.
Tough to do at first but your mind does get used to doing it and it gets easier.
It is all in the mindand this is still what I do now. 4 squares of chocolate a day.
Can't do it. Have no willpower. Just eat the whole lot. I have instructed the boys I work with to punch me in the face if I eat chocolate instead. Strangely, they seemed to relish the prospect :rotfl:Debt £26k 18/10/140 -
(((dragon)))) im sure June will see you shedding the weight--and your sleep will return to normal--if i didnt sleep i am sure i would tend to consume more food so the 2 could be connected??--i meditate a couple of times a day and it gives me rest and de-stresses me--ever tried it??mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

Weigh in this morning and I've lost 2 3/4 pounds since getting back from holiday so that's not too bad.
Hope everyone else is having a good week too, it's so much easier to eat well in the sunshine isn't it?0 -
