i must be mad!! i actually lost 1,5kgs not 1kg--i was 75,5 last week -see my signature! but whats 1,1lbs!! apart from about 5 hours in the gym lol

I haven't done any work or anything this week, been looking forward to today/tomorrow too much!

It's all going to change after these two days though, i can sense putting more on as we're going out to eat for the first time (other than the odd sandwich) since I started the diet in March. :rotfl: Will be good! WILL!

O-M-G!! I have gone from 14'3 (sunday) to 13'13 (Thurs)!!! no starving myself either. i have been sticking to my 1900 calories, i had 3 M&S biscuit curls (lush!) last night to make up my day's total! MY BMI has finally gone from obese to overweight, and I have lost another 2 inches off my stomach (although I measure inches every fortnight, so not in 4 days)
I can't believe it, I have TONS of energy, I can even do the "static planks" part of my aerobics dvd, which were well hard before, and I have been doing the same workout for months!someone i know is safe and snug and they're drifting off to sleep. round and round a little boat, no bigger than your hand, out on the ocean far away from land, take the little sail down. light the little light. this is the way to the garden in the night...0 -

i am getting subtle warnings from the gym instructors and my wife that i am exercising too much!--cant win in this life --i feel fit at long last and i am eating more than of recent and i am still drawing flack--i must admit my once broad shoulders have receeded but i tend to think it was all built up flab but i think its almost time to maintain and maybe build some muscle to increase my bmr -i have consistantly lost weight for the past 7 weeks and i am 8lbs short of of a mid way normal bmi--i do think the female dietician who suggested me getting to 70kgs was a little severe--i was last 70kgs when i was 31 and a lot less thickened--i am 47 now and at present 74kgs--i am 5 9mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

Oh, went out in just a smallish top and jeans today - first time in years Ive had the confidence to do that. Neighbour from hell's face dropped - he liked calling me "that fat cow" so he will have to think of something else now
Its funny though how many people said to me, "Oh dont lose any more" - well, Ive still got handfuls of fat round my stomach, so Im carrying on for at least 2 more months. (I ate a cheese roll and a Magnum today
)

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been keeping up, will make more an effort on June's challenge. Well at last weeks WI I stayed the same but this week I managed to lose 3 lbs:j:D So thats a total of 5 lbs lost so far in May (and 14.5lbs to date:D). I weigh in again next Tuesday so will count that towards May challenge and then move over to the June one.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0
