whats a good source of food that doesnt have many carbs in it---i thougt almonds were good but they are laden with fat but its a good type of fat i thought--nuts are a big source of protein where i am - meat isnt popular --i have loads of calories left for the day and i am rooting about for food that is good late in the evening--olives and feta cheese seem favourite or just a cup of tea!!

i find myfitnesspal has made good sense of my food intake and my exercise--it makes counting calories very easy and computes the exercise i do--it has empowered me to know precise figures---before i was just guessing on food values because of my overseas location--yesterday was the first time i have ever felt hungry whilst on a diet--i am steadily loosing and today i am near the targets set by the site -i even had a piece of sponge cake! the 1st treat in 7 weeks!
