I've been using Foodfocus.co.uk to log my food eaten and exercise done. I prefer it to Caroriecounter as it is a UK site so it has loads of UK supermarket stuff already inputted.
I managed to loose another 3.5lb this week! This brings me to 11lb lost for the May so far! :j :j :j :j
Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

After lunch I think I'll go for another wander (unless the forecast rain turns up).

Hi all,
I have lost 1.25lbs since last weigh in but I have been running regularly (4 times a week), so I think I'm gaining muscle (my legs are more toned, less flab!). I definitely feel thinner despite only a small loss0 -

i like the myfitness pal site but it has mazximised my calorie intake as 1200--i am comfortable with that but is it a logical number when i am 47 and a male--i do intense workouts at least 5 days a week--this morning i did an hour of running on the machine 30 minutes cardio on a bike and a full weight program of 17 different items'--i am a teacher and spend most of my day on my feet--its moderate--apart from that the site is good!
it just added over a 1000 calories to my allowance because of my exersions--i would be pigging out for a week on that many calories!!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0 -
Afternoon all - thrilled to report another 1lb loss this week and have just completed the 10k Race for Life today :j (I'll be putting this in all my posts on other forums as well so apologies in advance for repeating myself) - it was hot as hell but really enjoyed it. I'm not cut out for considerable distances so am thinking of doing a 6mile charity walk in July next. The downside was seeing the photos - wow, I have become a lardy mare !
Still considerably more work to be done I think.....
Welcome to the new people - it's great to be able to prepare yourself for the June challenge - which I fully intend to sign up to and can't wait to see what you call that one Dragon.:D
M.xI was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......0 -
