Purpleroses - are you aiming for anything specific with your walking target? A few friends and I have just decided we're going to do the west highland way at the end of the summer (94 miles I think) - training plans for walking don't seem to be that easy to come by though!!

No target at the moment CWM, its just to get fitter at the moment. There are a few walks i'd love to do but its a long way off yet. I could never do the WHW tho it sounds grueling! A family friend did half of it and suffered for a long time afterwards! They couldn't find a plan either so they made their own and just walked miles every day. good luck with it!! I have admiration for everyone who does it0

Hi everyone,
I didn´t WI on Friday as it was TTOM and I always suffer from water retention. Friday night we went to the house of some friends for dinner but only seafood was on the menu and I´m not keen on crab and cold cooked prawns so I ended up filling up on bread and then ice cream for dessert
Today I have started a food diary again as I have slipped a bit recently and I think it will help me to keep on track. I am not sure if I have lost weight these past few days but I´ve noticed that my bras are too big so I have definitely dropped a cup size since starting this challenge a few months ago. I´d prefer to lose weight from my thighs but at least I am losing volume.

OH, I forgot to tell you all my excellent news: After 8 years of paying off debts I am now DEBT free!
It is such a relief to not owe any money (other than mortgage) and I never want to get into debt again. I now want to start saving for a holiday this summer as it´s been ages since OH and I had a holiday and I want to be able to treat myself to some smaller clothes if I can.0 -

This week's weigh in - 10st 4.5lb so down half a pound.
Better than last week I guess but still not that great -I've brought a salad in for lunch so this week will be better! I've also been adding some weekend walks into the mix.0
