Okay ......... So I've had a half hearted shot so far this month, and lost a total of 3lb's which I don't think is to bad, considering the amount of times I've told myself off!!

Anyway, I've got one week left til I go away, and ideally i would like to lose ... well ... way more than I ever will :o, so for me it's one week of best behaviour for me before I sign out for the month

There's been some great loses this month, Well done to all :T :T :T :T

BC - well done! A stone in 10 weeks is really good, steady progress :)

Claire - fab loss! Perhaps we should start a Wii Fit challenge on here - I have one and it's not been out of the box yet :o

Treeny - good luck with the frock shopping!

It's been a good week for me. Lots of swimming seems to have paid off as I've lost 2 1/4 lbs this week and that takes me to just over 6 stone lost :j:j:j

Well done Alex- 6 stone is amazing - I love my wii fit

Well done everyone else - keep up the good work - I like the wii as I can see my bmi going down:D

I weigh myself every day cos I can get very downhearted if I weigh and find Ive actually put on weight one day. The next day I can find Ive lost the phantom weight and more on top of it, which gives me the incentive to carry on.

Three stones - come on, I want to hit target of 4 stones by July.

I'm almost too discouraged to post this month - back to 10st 5lb:(

Me too Amanita, I have gained weight and am so miserable... :(:(:(:( I will be back soon, have just been wallowing in self-pity all week.

Well done to all the losers, with a special mention to Alex, you are doing amazingly well. Please send some of your willpower my way.

    Hi all,

Have been away on a work course for a couple of days and was "force fed" sticky toffee pudding etc...... :D

Ahhh well had better get back on the weight loss wagon.

Surprisingly tho, I weighed in this morning and have still managed to lose 1lb this week.

So thats 4lb for the month so far. Just want to lose 2lb more by next Weds (my op date) so I have lost 2 stone since the consultant last saw me, so he cant give me that patronising look that they are specially trained to give!

  • Hey y'all!!

Are you all enjoying this lovely Saturday morning??

Dropping in to report a 1lb gain from me this week! :o I'm not too disheartened though, I had my final crit this week for my teacher training course - so there's been a lot of celebrations going on!! :D

back to basics though, this blubber belly aint gonna shift itself! I'm going to have some grapefruit for brekkie then drag my backside to a step class - I haven't been going to the gym properly for about a year, so I'm figuring if I try and start exercising a bit more it might help shift the pounds!!

Well done to all you losers - and keep your chin up to those who aren't having such a great week!!

I'll try and pop in a bit more regularly now that my crit's are all over with!

    xx

    Hi all

Well done on the losses (and the positivity from CWM despite gaining 1lb). I have given myself a kick up the bum. I did an hour's gardening at my mum's today which will have burned some calories. Hoping to do some more tomorrow, I'll shift this weight by hook or by crook!!! Night night all xoxo
