Can I add my pitiful 1lb loss to the group - I think I have gone back to any loss showing in the subsequent week, there must be a proper term for that. I know the losses all show in the long run but it can be so frustrating when I know I have been good and still show a gain (but the previous week was ToM and I lost 2.5 - should have known something was amiss).
Well done to all the losers - and sorry, I don't mean to be a party pooper - will kick myself up my considerable backside and get on with it now.:DI was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......0 -
I've only managed half a pound this wek which I am a bit disappointed with.

Yup no weight loss for me as i thought, least i didnt gain though!!
Body has well and truely been punnished with an hours cardio work, lots of sit ups and ab work n leg weights! Also eatten well so far...Good start to the week
Lola - Think most people just have set days they weigh themselves, I always weigh myself on a monday at the gym and get all my body fat and bmi off this machine too.0 -
lola - I do mine every Friday morning but whatever works best for you really - I know some people prefer Mondays as it keeps them on the straight and narrow over the weekend0

Hi everyone,
Not such a good weekend for me calorie-wise. I was careful about what I ate but think I had 2 bottles of wine in total over the 2 days. Anyway, what´s done is done.
Late dinner for us tonight: I have got some chicken marinating in garlic, a small amount of extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper and I´ll be serving that up with some cherry tomatoes. Mmm.. hungry now so I´ll make a start on dinner.
