I can't beleive I have done it! I lost another 3 1/4 pounds this week and not by doing anything special, I think the holiday weight gain might have been a lot of water (or beer) and was easily lost when I started eating normally again.
So I've managed to STS which I never thought I'd do after putting on almost 1/2 stone in the middle of the month.
Well done to everyone this month, there's been some good results and see you over on the June thread.0 -
I lost 2.7lbs in the last week in May (my first weigh in!) and was chuffed, I know you usually loose more in your first week anyway but its such a boost! Good Luck to everyone for June!! x

Hi all,
Well done again to all the successes-especially to vicki for clawing back from your gain-fab!!!
Well the final week has been a STS for me-4 days off over the BH weekend with hubby and our little one =lots of picnics, days out and fooooooood! Haha. so I'm actually quite pleased that it's just a STS and not a gain. So my total loss for May is still 8lbs-hoping for the same in June.
See you all on the June thread!
