I finally got a reply to say they have unsubscribed me. Lets see if it works.Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0

Sorry to bump this one up relatively late in the day, but I had been looking forward to using my code and treating me and my husband to an anniversary trip to the cinema tomorrow afternoon. I entered the code emailed to me, only to be told it was not valid. I emailed kgb tonight to ask for a new code, but I've come on to MSE and noted that 'invalid codes' were originally emailed out and replacement ones re-sent a few days later. I don't recall receiving this 2nd email and so I'm hoping kgb respond quickly, esp. as the offer runs out on Saturday. If anyone contacted kgb, did they receive a quick reply, ie. within 24 hours?
On the other points raised about fraud, thankfully I haven't been targetted by that.

DH and I used ours today. The ticket machine in the cinema had a sign saying promo tickets could not be issued and to go to the box office. They just needed our CC's and then printed the tickets.

Does anyone know - is it just the code that is only valid until 5 June or do you have to actually see a film before 5 June? Ie could I book today for a film next week? Or do I need to go by Saturday?
Thanks!0 -

I lost the e-mail they originally sent so I asked them for another (obviously using the same e-mail address!) They sent it within 5 hours. HTHI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

I did both the mycity deal and KGB £1 deals. I received both £1 code/ticket. I watched Avatar 3D and Robin Hood respectively. There has been no fraud on my cards.0

I lost my code and emailed it and got it within the day. Used the code online no problem but at the cinema the ticketing machine wouldn't recognise my card. At the till they had problems too and in the end they had to write a ticket out in pen. Didn't realise it also automatically allocated a seat which couldn't be changed once at the cinema (althought it's only really an issue if the screen's really busy).0

I used this ticket to see Death at a Funeral at the Trocadero last night. The ticket machine worked fine, but I did take a print out of the confirmation just in case!0

I used mine to see Sex In The City 2 after work today. No problems with the £1 transaction on the card and collected my tickets from the ticket machine alright too.0

had my £1 debited from my account but no details to claim voucher. When I contacted them said I should have recieved code and now was too late..promised to refund £1..though the point I am making is that kgb manage to send me emails everyday but not the one with the code-strange that...Really think mse should comment on these scrupulous sites that they promote..this has happened before but never seem to see any comment from mse..thought it was origionally a money saving site for the people-now it seems to be one big advertising tool for the big players...!0
