hi,
when you go to book your ticket on cineworld, it says you need to use your credit card.....
is this just to collect the tickets from the machine??
also does it have to be the same card that you used for the intial KGB deals purchase??? or can it be my debit card that i use for most things??
cheers

I think you just need to use the card you used on the Cineworld website to order the ticket, I guess so that you are given the correct ticket eg film, date and time etc.

Hi there,

KGBdeals.co.uk has been in touch with MSE to say the code sent out in the first email yesterday was the wrong code. If you tried to use the first code to get the deal, it won’t have gone through.

Use the code found on the amended second email sent yesterday to get your cinema deal discount. The email may have gone into your junk file so make sure you check there too.

If you're having problems make sure you check that you've used the code from the second email.

If it's still not working for you contact KGB deals on kgbdeals@filmology.co.uk

Hope this helps.

Just wondering if anyone has used their codes yet?

I have two codes and want to book two seats. Can I enter more than one code at a time or do I have to book the tickets seperately in order to use multiple codes?

Also, i was thinking of booking VIP seats. Im assuming the code doesnt cover VIP seats as they are more expensive. Does anyone know if i use to the code for a VIP seat whether it will just not work or whether it will take the price of a standard ticket off the price of a VIP ticket?

Thanks.
• You have to book seperately......not sure about the VIP thing.
Never buys anything at full price unless completely forced to do so!!!

thanks, i just read the T&Cs that someone posted a few pages back. It says: The offer excludes 3D films, alternative content, VIP or premium seating and special events.

So i guess rather than taking the price of a standard ticket off it just probably wont work.

Same here! Its disgusting. I have been charged yet I haven't received the code. I have emailed them numerous times and spoke to someone on the phone. I was told someone would phone me back and they haven't done! Now nobody is answering when phoning the number provided.

"When I checked with my credit card company, they have been trying to reach me since Sunday to cancel my new card, as someone (not me) has been trying to use it 4 days after I signed up for the kgbdeals cinema deal.

It gets worse: the only time this card has been used since November is for -- ta da! -- kgbdeals!!!!!

Has anyone else but me had the card they used for kgbdeals attacked?"

I have been okay with my cards so far but a friend I recommended to the deal has had people stocking up on mobile airtime on the card she used and again its not one she uses regularly as she generally deals in cash. Lucky her card company picked up on it but she has had to destroy the card. Now she doesn't know if she even get the deal as you are supposed to use the same card to pick up the ticket. I'm feeling mightly guilty for recommended it to her in the first place now. I've been checking my cards daily now for fraudulent transactions just in case their is a connection, but as you say it might just be a coincidence.

Can anyone at MSE just reassure me that this site has been fully checked out and this is just a coincidence as my friend has lost all faith in me and sadly the MSE site!
