Do you realise that Tesco vouchers aren't accepted on lots of Park Resorts sites now? For instance, on the Isle of Wight you can only go to Lower Hyde when you use them. I know because that is what we are doing in the summer. Luckily my kids don't go back to school until 6th Sept so we can take advantage of the drop in prices!

Yes, there are 10 out of the 37 that you can't use the vouchers on. Gotta pick one of the ones where you can - so hard to choose though when you don't know what they're like.

Lucky you - mine go back on the 1st this year!! I'm sure it gets earlier and earlier!

I live at the seaside and I've noticed a lot of accommodation is a LOT cheaper in the week that includes the bank holiday Monday, so Saturday 28 August to Saturday 4 September.

    Hi there,

I was looking for us, and found Sea Acres in the 'Lizard' in Cornwall. Its Soooo reasonable. On the beach and has excellent Trip Advisor reviews.

  • Hi smspencer

There is a caravan near Pwllheli - with gorgeous beaches nearby and pet and child friendly, loads of local activities and gorgeous place. Its £200 for the week and the last week in august is still available. i go there every year and have just come back from the bank hol weekend there - burnt to a crisp. There's all sorts to do ... I don't know if you've made a decision but this is definitely worth a look
