There is some good things in Kent and Sussex, the fantastic beaches at Camber Sands, Blue Reef aquaruim in Hastings, historic Rye, and there is a range of holiday parks, Pontins, Park Resorts, Park holidays, have you looked at them, the coast is dotted with themThe Very Right Honourable Lady Tarry of the Alphabetty thread-I just love finding bargains and saving moneyI love to travel as much as I can when I canLife has a way to test you, it's how you deal with this that matters0

What price are you willing to pay ?
I agree Tenby area is lovely and you can use Tesco deals for Folly Farm and Oakwood, which are both fab days out
I would look on the private rental sites or just google!
You could have gone using the SUN holidays,we have been to various places with them ,in school holidays0 -
Oh yes - am I too late for the Sun now?
I was aiming for £500 max but I think I can forget it now at that price tbh.0 -
Actually, that's no good either lol because there are so few dates we can go.
If only prices didn't treble in the holidays :mad:0 -

It's demand isn't it
They know that people will pay these prices as people with children are limited when they can get away. Hi
Have you tried Bunn Leisure at Selsey?
http://www.bunnleisure.co.uk/
We have been a twice and had a good time. Each time caravan has been nice and clean. Lots to do for Kids.
Sometimes you can get a great deal. We booked a 3 bed Platinum caravan in August last year for £499 (mon-fri)
It might be worth a look to see if there are any offers.

Not sure about actual parks but I found Park Resorts are alot cheaper than Haven, not so many parks to choose from but prices were alot cheaper when we priced a holiday. I actually paid for it with my Tesco clubcard vouchers, handy if you have any of them.

Actually, I've got loads of Tesco vouchers that I haven't used. I will look at Park Resorts. And Bunn - thank you very much.0

I always look on www.static-caravan.co.uk or ebay.
We have stayed at Waterside Holiday Park in Weymouth before now and that has been really nice. Also try Shorefield Holiday Park, nr Lymington Hampshire which is probably quieter but still nice.
You will find private caravans at both of these sites. I never worry about not having the entertainment passes included, but i always find out from the park itself how much these cost me.0
