    you can claim for loss outside home,i have done it
    however there are stipulations that you were taking care of the phone when you lost it
    same as if it was stolen from a car,you need to have it locked away and not just left in view

    Not without paying off the remaining term. That would be your monthly cost times the number of months you have left. Some network will offer you a small discount, but not all of them. . .
