    How much was the Tocco worth? Can't they just gove you a cheque for its value or say "choose a phone for £x.xx"???

    The phone is now worth £180 I guess.
    They refused to send a handset as its lost in public place, let alone the cheque!!

    oh am sorry if i had been on that way. I really didnt mean that and i know a very little abt home insurance :(

    That is unfair, how pointless is it if it is lost in your own home.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
