DD needs iron supplements every day, @Siebrie. She doesn't absorb iron well either, so she has some sachets which she mixes with orange juice, but they don't taste very nice! 😣 She was told to have vitamin c with iron to help with absorption.

I often fancy  a hot Horlicks  drink in winter but invariably find that the powder solidifies in the jar before it's half used, thus becoming useless.  (And no, I never dip a wet spoon into the jar,).
Any suggestions on how I can stop this happening please?
