I'd forgotten how much I love this forum
Some support, some take support, some take the hump, some give the hump, some smile, some are stupid, some not :D;) ...... some have a whip  :rotfl:and some keep chickens
Another rambling from hillybilly land ....

    Hahaha.

I have no idea what went on but can't we just all get along? We are all on here to support one another and give each other encouragement.:)

(If I wanted to argue I would go and spend time with my family or my in-laws.)

Paolo - I had very bad experience with CAB, the person that you talked with today is not specialist in the area you need hence she booked you to speak with someone more experienced. I had a chat with someone that was supposed to be an expert but at the time I already knew more than she did. Go with some other agency if the Friday's meeting doesn't give you the answers you need. I could go on and on about my relationship with my mother and how I need to acknowledge that the way things are is the way the things are and in the end of the day I like who I am and if I am who I am because of the situation with my mum then I am working on being grateful about it.

Sim - good on you for keeping clear head and ploughing on. Best thing you can do is carry on with the voluntary work while looking for paid work as that way you have shown her that she didn't know what she was talking about.

Lurks - :kisses3: ETA: You know you are not a moron, I am not even English and I got it

I think I shall have a break from this thread as recently I have been feeling that I don't really have that much to contribute. Also my personal life is in a bit of a mess and I really really need to finally get organised. I will try to keep my diary updated here so feel free to pop around to say hello.

Not passed the danger zone today as yet but I think that I can safely say that 8 for me please Sparkles.

Couple of Viktor E. Frankl quotes before I go:

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."

"Everything can be taken from a man or a woman but one thing: the last of human freedoms to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

Of course you are not a moron, I mean really .........................

Ok so you are getting old ;) But on the upside you do still have all your facalties (sorry spelling). ;)

Seriously mate you are a really great guy :A (()) really big hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Budgie would just like to add that:

Beauty is not a physical attraction, to Budgie, beauty is kind eyes and a good nature. Beauty comes from the inside, and not from the outside. A kind nature and a good heart is in my book a winner every time.

Lots of hugs to you all and 115k nice to see you posting again sweetheart, Pen hope whatever it is, works itself out for you sweetheart and Marru hunny I do hope you stick around? Bhb loved your post matey  (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

After events the other day I put TP1 on my ignore list (first & only time since joining) as I was upset by the PM I received.

I therefore don't know the nature of the posts from today, bar those that I have seen quoted and they don't seem too pleasant.

I can't stay in this environment so it's been a pleasure, kids, but I'm off.

I'll see how things go & maybe see you around
