I went out yesterday and felt great after.....dh is away now for a job interview down south and then a stag weekend in Ibiza, so don't know if I will get a chance to get out till next week now as he has to be in to look after the kids whilst I am out..

Afternoon folks,

everyone ok?

was AF yesterday. It's becoming a routine now, I just don't drink on tuesdays or wendesdays at all. better still is that I only notice that I haven't touched a drop until about gone lunchtime the next day when I think 'Hmm, I'm quite alert today, have they changed the coffee or something?' then remember that it's just down to staying sober. It used to be an actual mission to stay AF for me, I'd have to have a plan of action with all sorts of things to keep me busy but last night I made my dinner and watched the football without a care in the world, it was lush!

busy flathunting these last few days and I've got 4 places to see in the next 3 days. I told my current housemates that I was thinking of moving but would give them plenty of notice when it was definite and they were fine with it. God, I'm so looking forward to having my own place, I even dreamt about it last night but fingers crossed, it won't be a dream for much longer!
