Hello, I am here, just real life getting in the way a bit as usual. AFness is actually going ok - about half and half and most things in moderation. I'm not depressing or scaring myself with it at the mo so I can cope with that. I'm not quite in the right mind set to pick up on a challenge but give it a few days (hopefully).

I've a bit of a day tomorrow but at least by the end of it some things should be sorted out and we can begin getting back to some sort of normality again. Sorry to be vague but its one of those things I can't really post about ... :)

Anyway enough rambling, HB hope work tomorrow just goes along as normal x Budgie, lovely to see your life looking fine x

Hugs to all that need them, and keep up with the AFness all. Pen x
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

I am finally tackling my paperwork :( Lots and lots to sort out unfortunately as I really have let is slip again. I might be at it for some evenings yet. :o

I came across THIS website today and I am now in a process of finding out where my money actually has gone to be able to finally create a managable budget. There is an article and forum thread about that - link is on the right side of the screen in the "latest mse news" -box.

Better go to bed as I have eye infection and it is getting worse by staring small numbers on computer screen. Must go get some drops tomorrow.

:rotfl:Morning Jo and Lurks! Haven't caught up yet. Checking in to say Day 3 AF for me. I managed Saturday and yesterday.

This is rather off topic but might distract me from my drinking habit so I hope you don't mind me posting on here.

I have decided to have a 50 day beach body challenge for myself to eat more healthily get exericising and following ww. Then I step on a plane for 2 weeks which is why 50 days not 12 weeks or 100 days or whatever. Being more than half a stone lighter again will help me feel positive. I've put 5 pounds on over the last quarter so this will get me down to below my old 'normal' weight which will be a great boost to my weightloss if I can stick to my points etc.

This will make some of you laugh, sorry if it's
TMI but the final straw was two pairs of my summer trousers going into holes yesterday, both in the inner thigh area. Really sexy that makes you feel, doncha know. Can't deny I need to lose the odd pound any more!

I have another pair of summer trousers that are too tight but I really like. And no money this month so figure if I focus my efforts then I might be able to get back into some of my smaller clothes rather than buy more.

Plus I'm sick of kidding myself about booze, it's making me feel depressed and lethargic and I want to feel full of pzazz and get up and go. Exercise and healthy food should help - I hope!!??!

Had a great night's sleep. I'm using a 12 week beach body challenge article from WW mag in May - July and picking a different thing each day to do for the next 7 weeks. Today is going outside for a 25 minute walk in the fresh air. I plan to do this at lunch time. I have my umbrella with me!

    Have a good day everyone.
