DB glad to hear the counselling went well sweetheart, It was our lovely Graeme who said not too dwell on the past too much. Eg glance back but don't stare too long. I don't know how long you've been doing it so this is difficult to judge, but if it's early days perhaps it's better to stick with the programme, just to build yourself up etc?

I had hoped to get out again today but I figured the aches were telling me something so just did a lot of walking instead
