    Tis much appreciated

    :)

Feel free to tell me to b0g off if I'm teaching you to suck eggs etc but can you get some prioritisation to the paperwork? Or get someone to assist?

I'm sure if you could you would have done, just trying to think of what might help :o:)

    Thanks, me darlin' ;)

The cheerfulness definitely comes & goes but you know me, I like to put a positive spin on things. And at least the mice haven't come back :D

No HP your not teaching the sucking egg trick
Its difficult to explain without going into too many details but the NHS could save millions in a stroke if we only had to do half the paper work:mad:

Its good that your feeling more upbeat today
I know what you mean with the up and down thing and positivity. But if what your going through is like I did when me and ex split, the ups do get to last longer it just takes time
Sounds like a platitude but I found it to be true
    Take care

  • Hi all,

Peedie well done and I'm with you when it comes to paperwork :(

HB - really hope tomorrow goes well.It may be better than you think. If you can concentrate on work it may help take you mind off other things for a while. Hugs hun ((()))

Been for my first counselling session tonight and it was ok. It seems to be about concentrating on your successes and not the failures.
Building yourself up and not down. She said something I think I've seen on here before. About glancing back but not dwelling there.
I'm glad I have been given the chance to try it.

    Hope everyone else is ok.

BB - great news about you and Mr B.
