    Hi All

I have kept to the challenge since yesterday...so far so good.:j

For July I will go for 10 days AFD again... not brilliant but hopefully manageable.

Hope everyone is keeping well. This hot weather is not agreeing with my asthma/COPD. Still went for 3 monthly check today and was about as expected.

Work really busy which is good and when I got home tonight I watered the garden and washed my car to keep me busy:eek:

It does seem to do the trick so will keep at it.

    Take care all

:o sorry TP1...DB please don't use surgical spirit it will prolong the healing period, sting a lot and might cause scarring. Let it heal slowly :)

c'mon now, where the hell is everybody??? You had not all better be at a party together enjoying yourself and not invited me!

Thanks Jo - I won't! you are very knowledgeable about this. Got the cotton buds today and some saline solution but they only sold it in little tubes costing 69p each. I got 5 for the mo. Would boiled cooled water with salt be ok do you think?

    A quick correction..

Yesterday, I put down on here, that I'd been sober 10 days.

I was doing myself a disservice, as I'd lost a week somewhere!

I've been sober now since Friday 11th of June - so, 18 days today :)

    Night night all,

I am having an AFD today so that's one for the challenge and (cough) 3 for June so far.

I've just realised that I'm a day late on starting the challenge. I drank on Monday and when I looked on here read it as midnight last night (Monday) not Sunday. Sorry.

Sim, well done on 18 days, you're doing really well.

I'm struggling with the heat too, at least it's a bit cooler tonight.

    Sleep well everyone

ETA where've the sizes gone, sorry it's not large but can't find the option. Will try again tomorrow.
