Good morning everyone

How are we all today? I'm a lot happier today OH, bless him, went through loads of websites last night picking out dresses, tops etc. He says in the next few weeks he will take me shopping.
Thank-you to everyone on here that was so lovely yesterday. I really do love you lot.:D

Speaking of lovely people, anyone heard from Honeybear?? She seems to be MIA. Hope she's ok as she seemed to be going through some stuff last week.

Maman - hope you have a really lovely holiday. Any slight chance you could squeeze me in your suitcase???:D

Shaggy - loving the picture this morning!

Still feeling carp today - voice nearly gone and head pounding. Bit fed up of this now but know it will go when its good and ready Piglet at nursery this afternoon so will take the opportunity to have a sit down.

I know what you mean. I wouldn't intend to drink, and then a little later I would have a drink in my hand! That did pi55 me off a bit, and then I felt guilty, ashamed, and a little out of control. Which in turn made me drink more to escape those feelings.

Stopping drinking is not easy, and for many people it requires a lot of support. There is no right solution for everyone. It has to be found by the individual.
On the whole, people stop looking for a solution when they have found one that works. I know what works for me today, but couldn't say what would work for you or anyone else.
Explore all avenues. Try not to give up.

One has to want it enough to stop. If one's heart is not in it and one is not ready, then it's a waste of time.
