:AJust did a massive response but lost it

    To sum up

NRA Hugs to you, maybe your username is a good idea for the future in some way a new road ahead may be a good idea..hope you have a better day tomorrow

Miss P, Hope you are feeling more chipper now...I have decided after reading PM that I am never dieting again...I would ideally like to be about a stone less than I am, but I just agree that 'diets' don't work and if they do most people struggle to maintain and then poss put on more again, so I am trying to make small changes like my running (which is soo helping with my fitness and general mood) and trying to only eat when I am hungry (not always great with that but definitely better)

Treepotato - well done on abstaining today :T

Marru/Sparkles, you are very inspiring to me as you both have managed to remain af for a long time now and that is great, I am taking it a day at a time, but seeing how you and others have done really helps

Hi to everyone, hope you are all having a good evening xx

(yes it was a lot bigger than this my first response - even more waffle :rotfl:)

    ............So I am told ;)

This did give me a laugh amongst lots of glumness on here this morning - and most of it before decent people are even awake!

Well done for pulling yorself out of it MissP, there's got to be more to life than diets especially when it's making you miserable. I tried to post earlier but computer froze. The black trousers bit really hit home as I was sitting here dressed like an old crow for much the same reason:D I went out for a carvery with some friends last night and was uber-greedy so feeling really flabby and bloated today. I'll definitely be making full use of sarong on holiday next week.

:grouphug:nra, you really seem to have drawn the short straw. Why exactly is it you don't get to go on holiday with OH (apologies in advance for nosiness)

:T to tp1 on cycling frantically past booze shop. Good for you!

Well done everyone who was AF tonight. I managed it although sorely tempted, needed a good talking to from myself. I'm out tomorrow and then off on holiday on Friday until 21st. Not planning to be AF but will definitely try to be moderate and avoid hangovers. Hoping to get a few more days in when I get back.

    5AF please MissP.
