I'm off now  Can't be late for work when I've been up for hours:D
Happy Wednesday:)What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Don't give up Miss P:D
'tis hard as you get older I think - your metabolism slows down I believe. I find it really hard to fit exercise into my working day as well, which doesn't help.
Are you tempted to buy something new? Might cheer you up? but I don't want to tempt you to spend money:D:p
Thanks for the support Shaggy, I appreciate it. Just feeling bit glum I suppose. I know I'm never going to be a size 12 but I just don't want to be THIS big. Hate seeing myself in photos, hate trying on clothes and always having to look to the back of the rack for the bigger sizes. Just not sure at the moment what I want to do about it.
Sorry everyone for going on, just feeling glum.

Just wonder if I should just start accepting myself the way I am??? But then I HATE seeing myself in photo's.....ARGH!:eek:
Why can I just not get on and DO something about it!?
Sorry...rambling
I think this is what the 'stretch' facility is for in photo shop for leaner/meaner looking people
I remember obsessing madly about my weight for years - and being really unhappy - now I look at those older photos and think OMG I wasn't very chubby at all.
Which makes me think when I see photos now - wonder how I will view them in another 10 years - and makes me think F* it - best to be happy in the moment rather than wish all those years away being miserable.

Thank you for the warm welcome
I forgot to add that what I would like to do is stop going on auto pilot. I've read on here that people 'hear bells' ringing. Sadly I dont hear these as I seem to have wine in the fridge & as I'm kicking the shoes off, every night as I get home from work,I'm in the fridge ......always
Welcome Peedie  good luck in your ventureI can guarantee you that you do hear bells, you've just learnt to ignore them
if you didn't have bells then you'd have no inclination to go straight to the fridge! xx
IM, glad you're back
Miss P, no update from me and I'm p1ssed off about it

Miss P don't feel glum
I am a size 10, sometimes a size 12 and for my height I should be an 6 or an 8.
I'm a stone/stone and a half over weight, I have flubber - will I ever be in the normal range........
Not a hope!!
Life isn't about numbers - if you were the size of a stick - you'd be boney and Piglet would worry about you.
Energy and bounce is better than fitting into an uber skinny sized dress!!
Cut the tags out of your clothes and start enjoying a numberless regime!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Fay you're so sweet, you've made me cry:(
I think I've reached breaking point with the whole weight thing. I seemed to have spent every day of the last 20 years worrying about my weight, about what people think of me. Am very, very tired of it.
Am now sat here blubbing feeling very silly indeed.(at least at this time of day you all know I'm not rambling/blubbing because I've been on the wine:rotfl:)

(()) honey go have a cuppa - you're too lovely to be miserable - think about the positive things you can do to give yourself a lift - lots of us have curves! I think they are kinda nice - if you accept yourself sweetie - you'll shine even more than you do right now!
I couldn't give a stuff what people think of me - I'm polite - but if they don't like me - that's there issue - I know I'm not everyones cup of tea - and I'm certainly not normal. But I'd rather accept myself and shine as me than worry about others...................
Give yourself a break!! Go give that lovely child of yours a huge hug and do something nice for yourself today (OR ELSE!!!! - I will come and find you - OK it might take a while but I am stubborn!!)
Sorry I'm not being flippant - I know that weight issues are a terrible thing and you're working so hardxxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
