Good morning Shaggy and Thanks! Can't believe I've beat you on here this morning!!:rotfl:

I keep waking really early at the mo, even for me. I think it's because it's so light.

Did you know it's light at half past 4 ? :rotfl:Probably sooner up in the Highlands and Islands....
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning Fay!!:hello:

Just made myself very depressed here. Been deluding myself that I'm sure I could fit in a dress I wore to a wedding shortly after I met OH 9 years ago (need a dress for Nans 90th in July). Just dug it out and tried it on....OMG:eek::eek: Not only was it so tight that its about 5 inches off being done up but it makes me look pregnant!!! Holy carp...really got to do something about this weight (and it looks like black trousers and a baggy top for Nans 90th!!

    Miss P
    xx

Lurks your not up or you're not sleepy? Waves to Shaggy as well :)

Light up here at a ridiculus time in the morning and light at almost midnight as well - NOT funny and suffering from a severe lack of sleep.......

Miss P - I had a similar experience recently when trying on a 'special' dress........

Pah weight! Everyday seems to be dieting day for me. I have put on 2 of the 10 pounds I lost since Christmas. Still - constantly being on a diet seems to keep me away from drink.....:T

I just knew I shouldn't have tried it on Fay, I knew what would happen. Its such a lovely dress too. Only other dress I own is a brown and black one (bleugh) bought in desperation last year as it was the only one I could find to fit me!

Just wonder if I should just start accepting myself the way I am??? But then I HATE seeing myself in photo's.....ARGH!:eek:

Why can I just not get on and DO something about it!?

    Sorry...rambling :o

    Don't give up Miss P:D

'tis hard as you get older I think - your metabolism slows down I believe. I find it really hard to fit exercise into my working day as well, which doesn't help.

Are you tempted to buy something new? Might cheer you up? but I don't want to tempt you to spend money:D:p
