Well I have started so I'll finish :D

Gosh this forum is big, everyones buttons are so big. (Feel its a bit like and grandma what big eyes you have, LRRH I am having one of those moments)

Anyway I digress..... (Now thats a change;))

Meant to say SSA lovely to see you posting, sorry things are not so good at the moment but well done on all of your af days :T RE: the new job, it does sometimes take time to settle down, but if you find the shifts are not manageable then I am sure you can find another job which would fit better to your lifestyle. Think this is only temporary and it will help to get you through these first few weeks. Good luck hunny and take care. (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ms Honey B it is nice to have you back :j but I understand what you mean about needing to take a break, it can get quite addictive on here and other threads. It sometimes takes us away as you say from the real world, a balance in everything is always needed. Bear hugs and I hope you didn't singe your fur too much today? (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Btw is YM back from his golfing trip yet? He seems to have been gone quite awhile, I only thought it was a 2 day trip?

Ok guys I must fly, hugs to you all and keep focused.

The shed was taken down for me and also the wasps chased away by the collectors, thankfully!

Now some space has appeared and it has given me a rethink about what I can do with this part of the garden and another pile of tree trunk stumps to get rid of and a log edged collapsing flower bed with a tree in it and an overgrown horrible shrub. This is the plan for next weekend if it doesn't rain

    :wave::wave:

Some fantastic achievements on here today as well as lots of AFness.

Sim, you are doing really well. To resist both the power of an invitation to the pub in the sun and the stress of dealing with DWP on one day is remarkable:T
Sparkles, well done with the shed (and your AFness of course):T

DB, well done on your weightloss:T and well done Budgie for sticking with your programme. Hope your minigym is being well used.

I've managed another AF night tonight. Monday's are always easy as I'm out for most of it. Tuesday and Wednesday won't be quite so easy but that's the plan.

    9AF please DB

    'night all.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Just out of interest, did anyone watch Ashes to Ashes?

I did, but I didn't understand the ending! Did you?

I thought Gene Hunt died as a young police officer and had his identity stolen by the older Gene Hunt... whoops. There's an interesting heaven and hell take on the ending here:

    Good morning everyone!

How are we all today? A lot cooler here today which is good. I don't mind the heat but I do worry about Piglet running around at nursery in blazing sunshine. I know they put cream on them so they don't burn but I still worry!:o

Work was ok....didn't put work top on till I got to work...only to find most of the drivers were wandering around in shorts and high vis vests...not tops at all (not a pretty sight..I did tell them it reminded me of the village people!!:rotfl:)

After a few lazy days of sunbathing I thought I ought to do some housework today :o So all beds are stripped and re-made, bathroom cleaned, dinner cooked for tonight....and now I'm knackered!!:rotfl:

AF last night and will be tonight too. Planning on being AF all week (hopefully).

Hi all, no more af days to declare unfortunately (just goes to show how that challenge probably helped me!!) but I only had a couple of glasses of wine watching the final part of Lost last night (am soo upset as no more Jack or Sawyer to watch)...

Anyway am having to avoid reading anything about ashes to ashes, I loved the first series (see my comment re Phil Glenister :o) I now have series 2 on dvd to watch and will then get the 3rd one so I don't want to know what happen.....

Am at work so will catch up better later...

69chick, I keep meaning to say....have you looked at Paul Mckennas website? With your book and cd there should be a code for a free trial of his weight loss club. Some good forum topics on there with some interesting info.

I am at wits end with DD wetting herself at school. If i reward her being dry she will hide the fact that she has wet herself and refuses to get changed. Only thing I think I can do is to reward her for going to the toilet when asked but now I am just trying to come up with good rewards that are not food (don't want her to have to do PMK at my age). Will get wee sample to docs tomorrow but I am fairly confident that that is not the cause here as she is dry during the night as she wakes up and goes to the toilet - so why not at school?

Anyway - instead of buing alcohol I did buy some cookies and if I can't wait until DD has gone to bed I shall lock myself into the toilet with one.

No running today but lots of studying and still whole lot to do. Need to get DD to bed promptly.

Sorry about me me me post but am not in the best place at the moment. :o

    25 please DB
