Its very quiet on here today - I wondered if everyone was in the pub this afternoon with all this lovely weather.

I've cleaned out a rotten shed and it wasn't a nice job, ready for the shed to be dismantled soon

3 items on freecycle and hoping they go asap

4 things to go the the tip tomorrow and a bit more space reappears

AF tonight making it 22 AFD

8 weeks AF so far and it feels like a long time - a few cravings kicking back in and I might not be AF for ever however must remember how much better I feel now for being AF

Well done on 8 weeks Sparkles.

I'm off out with friends in a minute and I'm not sure if I'm staying Af or not. I would prefer to but the lure of the sunshine and sitting outside ....

I am going to aim for AF (they're not big drinkers which should help).

Hope everyone is having a good Saturday and enjoying the sunshine :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Today won't be af as having inlaws over for a meal (I am having pheasant a which was what was being marinated) and dh and his dad are having Grouse! I have never eaten either so am hoping I will be ok with the pheasant - if not we are having Dauphinois potatoes with it which I love so I won't go hungry :D

Dauphinois potatoes, yum !yum! We had those last night and I just love them. I have had to go out and buy smaller ovenproof dishes otherwise OH and I would eat a family size dish just between two of us. I've never eaten grouse or pheasant, interested to hear how you got on.

I've done nothing more exciting with the nice weather than wash covers to chairs in conservatory. As tomorrow looks to be lovely too will probably wash sofa covers from the sitting room or even some curtains!!! The washing part is easy, it's the ironing that's a faff. Wow, I know how to live!!!

Planned drinking today and I'm enjoying it. Off to watch Champions League Final. While I dislike the 'Special One' intensely for his arrogance, he is, well, special.....

Have a good evening everyone, whatever you're up to.

P.S. Hope you've got the remote jo

    Evening all!

Very quiet on here today....everyone must be out enjoying the sunshine:D

Must say, we've had a lovely day. We went to Tesco first thing and got Piglet his sand pit. And he's played in it ALL day!! We have spent the best part of today in the garden just lounging around...and it was fab. Normally we are so busy with one thing or another, today it was nice to just rest!

Late PM OH went to visit his Mum and Dad with piglet. I stayed at home(obviously!!:rotfl:). When they came back Piglet had "letters". He's mad keen on being a postman and carries piles of envelopes around with him (insert rolling eyes smilie here!!!). We were playing around when we realised one of them had my name on it. I opened it and it said:

"Sorry! Sorry! Sorry for being grumpy. Love Mum in Law".

It went in the bin (OH put it there). How bizarre. Amazingly though, it didn't affect me. I think I'm so far past the apologies stage that I can just move on. It feels good.

Anyway, sorry to ramble! Off to pour myself a glass of wine and sit in the garden in the evening sun. Will only be a couple of glasses again tonight. I have a whole new theory on that, all related to paul mcKenna, but will save that for when you are all bored :rotfl::rotfl::D
