Haven't tried the tapping techniques yet...but may try them to turn me off of nacho's (I seriously could eat those till I was sick!!:rotfl:).

I've been trying the visualisation techniques but am finding it hard to imagine myself slim!

I have put this picture next to my monitor at work and at home will put one on fridge door, one on food cupboard door and one inside bathroom cupboard (so can remind myself when brushing teeth):

Sim - nice to see you more positive :T

Woohoo - for all PMKers - we can do it!!!

    Fay - Waves :hello:

I have ordered the book that Lurks mentioned (and couple of other ones......about running...)

Tired today, didn't even do any running but if BF gets here today then I can go and do 7 miles in the morning. My last long run before my first race :)

Am off from work next week apart from Thursday so really need to put my head down and study - problem is that the text book puts me to sleep :o hopefully the second subject is a bit more stimulating

AF today giving me 21 please DB - thank you!

AF here too tonight, so 21 please DB. I had to clean the car earlier just to keep myself busy though.

I'm waiting for Ashes to Ashes too.

Have a good evening everyone :)

    Evening everyone!

    How are we all?

Been a really gorgeous day here. Piglet had a fine old time in Mums back garden this afternoon. She has a dizzy daisy...a big flower you attach to the hose and he water comes flying out. He was in seventh heaven...running around in his underpants! She took loads of photos so will upload some to FB when she sends me them.

Been very good on the food front today....still struggling with identifying when I'm actually hungry (I know that sounds odd) but have eaten well but not gone overboard. Tonight salad is on the menu. And I'm having a couple of glasses of wine from the bottle from last night.

Does anyone have nice plans for the weekend? We were going to paint the living room but have decided the weather is far too nice to be indoors decorating. We are going to use the "paint" money to buy piglet a little sandpit and then we can spend some nice hours in the back garden.
