I love the bit on the CD where he says 'if you can't imagine yourself thin, just imagine yourself a bit slimmer than you are now' :rotfl:Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -

I have put this picture next to my monitor at work and at home will put one on fridge door, one on food cupboard door and one inside bathroom cupboard (so can remind myself when brushing teeth):"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Tired today, didn't even do any running but if BF gets here today then I can go and do 7 miles in the morning. My last long run before my first race
Am off from work next week apart from Thursday so really need to put my head down and study - problem is that the text book puts me to sleephopefully the second subject is a bit more stimulating

Evening everyone!
How are we all?
Been a really gorgeous day here. Piglet had a fine old time in Mums back garden this afternoon. She has a dizzy daisy...a big flower you attach to the hose and he water comes flying out. He was in seventh heaven...running around in his underpants! She took loads of photos so will upload some to FB when she sends me them.
Been very good on the food front today....still struggling with identifying when I'm actually hungry (I know that sounds odd) but have eaten well but not gone overboard. Tonight salad is on the menu. And I'm having a couple of glasses of wine from the bottle from last night.
Does anyone have nice plans for the weekend? We were going to paint the living room but have decided the weather is far too nice to be indoors decorating. We are going to use the "paint" money to buy piglet a little sandpit and then we can spend some nice hours in the back garden.
