:hello: Good Morning sim, lovely positive post. Delighted that things are going well for you, good luck with the appointment later.

MissP, you're sounding good too. Well done on the ebay win and a weightloss programme that has wine in it:T

Fabulous day here, makes you feel good just to be alive and unhungover!

If I'm on any lists, can I be put down for another one :) By my reckoning, that's...errr.... a shoddy 2 for May :o

No need to kick me up the 'arris, I'm doing that myself.......

am working through 'In Defence of Food' - very heavy going so far (he has explained the parts of the book though, so I know it gets easier ;)), but fascinating stuff nonetheless......

Hi all...I manged the whole challenge this week please Sparkles :j and my af days are now 11 please DB - Thanks for the great job your doing on the scoring front both of you..

Sim, glad you're volunteering is going well..gives you something positive to stay well for..

Miss P - am on my second day on the Paul Mckenna programme and have even got dh on it now, my sil asked him this morning whilst I was on the phone 'what about alcohol' and he just said 'oh yeah you can have as much as you like  think he was joking though :D I don't really have lots of weight to shift, I would be happy with about half a stone, which is what I have gained in the past year..so will be interesting to see if it works for me...

Lovely day here today, am not working today so at home with the terrible twins who have been playing in the garden most of the morning (well actually making a mess in the garden would be more appropriate having just surveyed the damage!! oh well at least they are partners in crime today and not their usual fighting selves (shouldn't speak too soon though!! :-O

Maman I am with you with being nice to be alive and unhungover...I feel like I have had fantastic sleep this week and my skin does definitely feel brighter today....just watch me now ruin it all this weekend :o

I think I must be a bit strange as the hot weather actually puts me off drinking :j going to aim for an af Friday which would be my first in while anyone willing to join me?

Miss P - On the Paul M front, have you tried any of the techniques like the tapping away cravings? or the one where you are supposed to end up not wanting a certain thing any more?

Hi 69Chick, I will be AF today too - but struggling cos of the nice weather. Don't shoot me but I'm half praying it clouds over a bit before I get home from work!
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Haven't tried the tapping techniques yet...but may try them to turn me off of nacho's (I seriously could eat those till I was sick!!:rotfl:).

I've been trying the visualisation techniques but am finding it hard to imagine myself slim!
