I weighed myself today and despite eating up the left over biscuits I have lost 2kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't believe the scales as I did not expect this to happen!
Looks like the fruit intake and water intake increase is working well and also the portion resizing now as I made 2 portions of pasta for tea the other night and thought I would normally eat this as 1 portion!
Feel much more motivated, and, can tell when I am really hungry eg when I get in from work - need to work on some snacks to eat then while the eating pattern settles down a little away from the biscuits and crisps
C'mon us dieters - lets see if we can cut the weight down like we did with alcohol - fingers crossed we can!
