Couldn't you save money and hang MIL there instead MissP??:D

I'm feeling rough today, very tired and dehydrated. It's amazing how tolerance drops when I have some AF days. Can't believe I used to be a bottle(+) a night, every night. How did I manage??

Hope everyone's happy today. Good news about MrBudgie, and enjoy your golf trip YM. Not that I'm an expert but what's your handicap?

:rotfl::rotfl:Good idea Maman....except I think my Garage roof rafters would give out!!!!

Hope you are feeling a bit better this afternoon.

    Hiya guys,

Hope you've all enjoyed a lovely sunny day :)

I'm shattered in a good way, having started my first shift (1pm - 5pm) at the homeless shelter (was postponed a week, due to feeling low / falling off the wagon last Mon / Tues).

Went well. Bit nerve wracking meeting people to start with, but a good crowd, so all's ok.

Body clock was up the fritz again, so I was up at 6am today, after about 5 hours kip!

Phoned the CAB to rearrange an appointment, to sort debts in 4 weeks time.

Also went into the Doctors, and had to make another appointment, as the one I'd made on Friday (for tomorrow) had to be cancelled, due to my Doc having time off.. So, I sorted a new, double appointment, for next Monday, and picked my sick note up, and posted it off to the DWP.

Called Substance Misuse, and left message with them, for counsellor to call me back (makes me a bit frustrated, as they're a b*gger to get hold of).

Also called back the CBT guy, and have sorted appt with him for initial assessment on Friday afternoon, which I'm looking forward to.

Called my Housing Association, and confirmed I'm now all up to date with my Rent :)

    Oh, and I'm sober.

Feel so knackered, so am going to take it easy, and have a lie down for an hour! (not so good at being kind to myself..)

    Enjoy your evening all,

    Sim x

Good to see you back sim, and pleased to hear you're sober and enjoyed the voluntary work. Well done for getting your appointents sorted, sounds like you're getting back on track and last week is firmly in the past.

By all means have a short rest but do try to get your body clock back in sync. There's always the risk that you'll wake up in the early hours and start the cycle all over again, Take care.

Another AFD for me tonight making it no 17 for Merry May

Feel tired today and have a feeling that I will have some kind of confrontation tomorrow with a colleague over him pointing the finger at me over something was not happy about.

Am mentally prepared to win this one if it occurs

Off for an early night I think tonight after waking up super early this morning
